Lambolle Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services in California, including but not limited to roof inspections, roof repairs, roof replacements, storm damage assessments, leak detection, emergency roofing service, roofing material consultation, gutter-related roofing support, roof maintenance, insurance documentation support, and related roofing project services.

All roofing services are subject to availability, property access, weather conditions, inspection findings, material availability, local regulations, and a separate written agreement, estimate, proposal, invoice, or work order. The written agreement or work order will describe the specific scope of work, project details, materials, estimated timing, pricing, payment terms, and any applicable warranty information.

Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not create a binding service agreement. A service agreement is only created when Lambolle Roofing and the customer approve the applicable written estimate, proposal, work order, or contract.

2. Website Use

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may use the Site to learn about our roofing services, request an estimate, contact our team, review service information, or submit inquiries related to roofing work.

You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, or interfere with the proper operation of the Site. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, server, database, form system, or connected technology.

You may not use the Site to submit false, misleading, harmful, abusive, unlawful, or spam-related information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Program Description

Lambolle Roofing may offer a messaging program to provide homeowners, property owners, and customers with updates regarding scheduled roofing inspections, project milestones, estimates, service reminders, emergency roofing requests, appointment confirmations, weather-related scheduling notices, and promotional offers related to local roofing services.

This program allows us to stay connected with Studio City and surrounding Los Angeles homeowners and helps keep your roofing project, inspection, estimate, or service request on track.

Messages may be sent by SMS, MMS, phone, email, or other communication methods depending on the information you provide and the type of communication needed. Participation in our messaging program is not required to purchase roofing services, but it may help us provide faster scheduling, clearer updates, and more efficient customer support.

4. Messaging Terms

User Opt-In:
By providing your phone number on our Site, through a contact form, over the phone, by email, in person, or through another communication method, you are opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from Lambolle Roofing. These messages may relate to your roofing inquiry, estimate request, inspection, appointment, project status, service updates, emergency roofing request, or promotional offers where permitted by law.

Message Frequency:
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your roofing project. For example, you may receive more frequent messages when scheduling an inspection, confirming an appointment, receiving project updates, coordinating emergency service, or responding to an active estimate or work order.

Opt-Out:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our short code or phone number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

No Sale of Messaging Consent:
Lambolle Roofing does not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

5. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided through the Site, by phone, by email, through text message, or during an initial conversation are preliminary unless clearly stated otherwise in writing. A final binding quote is only provided after a physical inspection of the property by a Lambolle Roofing representative or an authorized roofing professional acting on behalf of Lambolle Roofing.

Roofing estimates may depend on several factors, including roof size, roof slope, roof material, property access, existing damage, water intrusion, structural concerns, permit requirements, material selection, insurance documentation needs, labor requirements, and weather-related considerations.

Quotes are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. After the quote validity period expires, pricing may change due to material costs, labor availability, supplier pricing, project scope changes, or other conditions.

Lambolle Roofing reserves the right to revise an estimate or quote if new damage, hidden conditions, structural issues, code requirements, or project changes are discovered after the initial inspection or after work begins.

6. Scheduling and Project Timing

We make reasonable efforts to schedule inspections, estimates, repairs, replacements, and emergency roofing services promptly. However, all scheduling is subject to availability, weather conditions, property access, material availability, safety conditions, permit timelines, and other factors outside our control.

Estimated start dates, completion dates, or project timelines are provided for planning purposes only unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement. Lambolle Roofing is not responsible for delays caused by weather, unsafe work conditions, supply chain issues, customer delays, permit delays, insurance delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property, including access to the roof area, attic if needed, driveway, exterior areas, gates, electrical access, and any other area necessary to inspect or complete roofing work.

7. Customer Responsibilities

When requesting roofing services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about the property, roof condition, known leaks, prior roofing work, insurance claims, property ownership or authorization, and any safety concerns.

You confirm that you either own the property or have proper authority to request inspections, estimates, repairs, replacements, or other roofing services at the property.

You are responsible for reviewing all estimates, work orders, contracts, invoices, service details, material selections, warranty information, and project documents before approving any work. If you have questions about the scope of work, pricing, timeline, materials, or warranty coverage, you should contact Lambolle Roofing before approving the project.

8. Payments and Invoices

Payment terms will be stated in the applicable written estimate, invoice, proposal, work order, or service agreement. Depending on the project, Lambolle Roofing may require a deposit, progress payment, final payment, or other payment arrangement.

Failure to make timely payment may result in project delays, suspension of services, collection activity, additional fees, or other remedies permitted by law and the applicable agreement.

All pricing is subject to the terms stated in the approved written agreement. Any additional work requested by the customer or required due to hidden conditions may require a change order or revised written approval.

9. Warranties and Workmanship

Any warranties related to roofing materials, manufacturer products, labor, workmanship, or completed services will be described in the applicable written agreement, warranty document, invoice, or manufacturer documentation.

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the applicable product manufacturer and may be subject to separate terms, registration requirements, exclusions, and limitations. Lambolle Roofing is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions, product defects, or exclusions outside our control.

Workmanship warranties, if offered, apply only as stated in writing. Warranty coverage may be void or limited if damage is caused by improper maintenance, severe weather, natural disasters, structural movement, third-party work, unauthorized modifications, neglect, or conditions unrelated to Lambolle Roofing’s work.

10. Insurance Claim Assistance

Lambolle Roofing may assist customers with roofing-related insurance documentation, including inspection notes, photos, estimates, repair descriptions, or other project-related materials. However, we do not guarantee insurance claim approval, payment amounts, coverage decisions, or the outcome of any insurance claim.

Insurance coverage decisions are made by your insurance carrier. You are responsible for reviewing your insurance policy, communicating with your insurance provider, and understanding your deductible, coverage limits, exclusions, and claim obligations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, images, graphics, text, icons, layouts, service descriptions, forms, materials, and other content on the Site are the intellectual property of Lambolle Roofing or are used with permission unless otherwise noted.
